Connect Audio and Video: When prompted, allow Zoom to access your audio and video devices.Alternatively, you can click on the meeting link in the invitation. Join a Meeting: To join a Zoom meeting, click on “Join a Meeting” and enter the meeting ID or personal link name provided by the meeting host.If you don’t have a Zoom account, click on “Sign Up” to create a new account. This setting will give you an option to set your password.

Sign in to Zoom: If you already have a Zoom account, sign in using your email and set up a password at the individual meeting, go to the settings tab and enable it.

Launch Zoom: After the installation is complete, click on the Zoom shortcut icon on your desktop or start menu to launch the Zoom application.
